Biography
PhD in Communication Studies, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid) and professor at the same university. Postgraduate Degree in International Relations and African Studies, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Bachelor and Master in Journalism, Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
José Carlos has worked on several Spanish media and at a Spanish NGO. He co-ordinates the UNESCO Chair in Communication Research and Africa.
